Refund policy
At SIMISA, every piece is carefully crafted to order, ensuring that your garment is made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on items that have been processed or shipped, especially where the size has been confirmed with you before production.
1. Size Confirmation
Once an order is placed, our team may reach out to confirm your preferred size before production begins.
By confirming your size, you acknowledge that the selected size is accurate to your preference.
After this confirmation, any changes cannot be made, and the order becomes final.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
• If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• If you receive an incorrect item or size that differs from what you confirmed.
We cannot offer refunds for sizing issues after confirmation or for items that do not fit as expected.
3. Exchanges & Alterations
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for made-to-order items.
However:
• We’re happy to provide guidance for local alterations if an adjustment is needed.
• In special cases, we may offer a discount or store credit as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion.
4. Ready-to-Wear Purchases
For ready-to-wear items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, exchanges or store credit may be available within 5 business days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
5. International Orders
For clients outside Ghana, please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to customs and shipping restrictions.
We encourage you to review our size guide carefully and confirm your size with our team before placing your order.
